OP will ensure PASA services are delivered as specified in the patients plan of care and as described below.

To ensure that clients and/or their representatives are regularly consulted about the service we provide, now and in the future, and to make certain that our complaints procedure is available and is rigorously acted upon should concerns be raised. We also ensure that our services are reviewed regularly and revised as necessary.
